Download Fosia

One installer, for Windows. It sets up the Premiere panel for you — there is nothing to copy into a folder.

Windows —  
Windows will warn you about this file, and it's expected. Fosia isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows Windows protected your PC. Choose More info, then Run anyway. If your antivirus quarantines it, allow the file and try again — we're getting it signed, which removes this.

After it installs
  1. Open Premiere Pro. Fosia starts on its own alongside it.
  2. Go to Window → Extensions → Fosia and dock the panel wherever you like.
  3. Press Connect in the panel and sign in with this same account.

Premiere can stay open while you install. Fosia updates itself from then on.
