This Privacy Policy explains how Fosia ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Fosia plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro ("the Plugin") and related services ("the Service"). By using Fosia, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Information we collect

Account information: When you create a Fosia account, we collect your email address and authentication details needed to manage your access and subscription.

Content you provide: To generate overlays, graphics, and effects, Fosia processes the content you submit through the Plugin. This includes text prompts, images, video segments, and mask or matte exports from your Premiere Pro project. Most of this processing happens locally on your own machine through the installed Plugin. Only the data needed for tracking-related features is sent to our servers.

Usage information: We collect basic technical and usage data such as feature usage, request timing, error logs, and plugin version, to operate and improve the Service.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service (generating your requested graphics and effects), to manage your account and subscription, to maintain and improve the Service, to provide support, and to monitor for abuse and ensure reliability.

Third-party services

To provide Fosia's AI features, content you submit may be processed by our third-party AI provider, Anthropic. This processing is necessary to generate your requested results. Anthropic handles data under its own privacy and data-handling terms. We share only what is needed to fulfil your request.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Content you submit is retained only as long as needed to process your request and provide the resulting output to you, after which it is deleted or anonymized in the normal course of operation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How we protect your data

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections for data in transit and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information or your content, and we do not use your content to train our own models.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact waitlist@fosia.ai.

Children

Fosia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
